The 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund

Are You Eligible for 9/11 Compensation?

The attacks on September 11, 2001, took 2,974 lives at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Tragically, lives continue to be lost as 9/11 related illnesses take those who were working or living in the area when the air filled with debris, dust, and toxins, for many days that followed.

The 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund provides compensation for victims of 9/11-related illnesses, including certain types of cancer, respiratory illness, lung disease, and families of those who have since passed.

JFAW Legal has been raising awareness about the 9/11 Fund among the delivery workers who have been working in the area during that time and may have been exposed to the toxins. Now, we are reaching out to anyone who may be eligible to receive compensation from the 9/11 Fund.

If you or a family member was in Manhattan, anywhere south of Houston Street, near the Fresh Kills Landfill in Staten Island, or along any route used for 9/11 debris removal between 9/11/01 and 7/31/02 – as a black car driver, or for any reason at all, you may be eligible.

JFAW Legal is working with a law firm that represents 9/11 victims and their families seeking benefits from the VCF. Their attorneys have since recovered over $100M in financial compensation for those suffering from 9/11 toxic dust exposure.
