JFAW Legal immigration service is offered to help delivery workers with immigration-related issues. This service will provide you access to a lawyer, for a list of issues, free of charge.

These services include:

  • Consultation with a lawyer about a green card or citizenship issue
  • Renewal of a Green Card
  • Green Card Application for Refugees and Asylees
  • Citizenship Application Assistance
  • Removal of Conditions
  • DACA Renewal
  • Travel Documents for Refugees and Asylees
  • Citizenship Classes
  • Our partner, the ANSOB Center for Refugees, is a Queens-based non-profit organization who has staff members who speak a variety of languages.

The ANSOB Center for Refugees is open Mondays to Thursdays from 10 am to 5 pm. The office is closed from Fridays to Sundays.

We focus on providing delivery workers and rideshare drivers with affordable — often free – legal services and resources from preferred lawyers who understand the delivery business and the unique challenges faced by delivery workers.

How much does this service cost?

Free of charge. The only exception is family based-petitions, which have a processing fee.

What’s the process?

First, you need to provide information by submitting the online Immigration Form. You will then be contacted by our partner, who will begin the process of helping you with your issue. Please note the ANSOB Center for Refugees is open Mondays to Thursdays from 10 am to 5 pm. The office is closed from Fridays to Sundays.
